Commission TOS + Email

Terms of Service

  • Will Do: Humans / Humanoid, Furry, Anime

  • Will NOT Do: NSFW, Mecha, Armor, Harmful Topics, Complex Designs, Anything I Am Uncomfortable With

  • I have the right to decline your commission offer.

  • Please have a picture reference of your character. I will not accept text descriptions.

  • Payment will always be upfront through Paypal Invoices. I will send you an invoice after I accept your offer.

  • Please allow me one month to work your commission once I've accepted your offer and sent an invoice. I will start your commission once the invoice is paid. For bigger commission projects, I will discuss a more reasonable deadline.

  • You are free to ask for a refund ONLY if I did not complete your commission within the promised deadline.

  • Do NOT edit your completed commission. I will keep you updated on your commission. During this time, any edits will be made if you have any. Please ask for as many edits as you want.

  • Finished commissions will be sent to your email as .PNGs in full and reduced resolutions.

  • These commissions are NOT for commercial use. Please do not sell them anywhere or use them on merchandise. You may print your commission for personal use only, do not make multiples and sell them. If you would like to use my artwork for commercial use, please discuss it with me beforehand.

  • Do NOT ask to pay in cryptocurrency / sell my art as NFTs.

  • You do NOT have permission to use any of my artwork for any AI training or any other purposes.

  • Please credit me if you post your commission to your account. Ex. "Artwork by SleepyBrainiac".

  • Please let me know if I'm allowed to post WIPs and/or stream your commission on Twitch and Discord.

If you are interested in having multiple characters in your commission, the prices listed are the base price per character.For example, if you would like two characters drawn as fullbodies, the total cost will be $130 (65 x 2).
